What Services do you offer?

We provide residential and small commercial pressure washing for:

Do you clean roofs or second story buildings?

No. For safety and equipment reasons, we only clean surfaces up to one story and do not perform roof cleaning.

Do you offer soft washing?

Not at this time. We currently use traditional pressure washing methods appropriate for durable surfaces.

Is pressure washing safe for my home’s exterior?

Yes—when used correctly. We adjust pressure levels based on the surface to avoid damage. Some delicate materials may not be suitable for pressure washing; if that’s the case, we’ll let you know before beginning any work.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the size and condition of the area being cleaned. Estimates are free—just contact us with your address, surface type, and a few photos if possible.

How do I schedule a service?

You can reach out by phone, text, email, or through our online quote form. We offer flexible scheduling and try to accommodate most customers within a few days.

Do I need to be home during the service?

Not necessarily. As long as the work area is accessible and any pets are secured, we can complete the job while you're away. We’ll notify you when we arrive and when the work is finished.

How long does pressure washing take?

Most single-surface jobs take 30–90 minutes. Larger projects (driveway + patio + siding, for example) may take a few hours.

Do you use environmentally friendly products?

Whenever possible, yes. We primarily use water pressure alone, and when detergents are needed, we use products that are biodegradable and safe for outdoor use.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please remove:

• Vehicles from driveways

• Furniture or décor from patios

• Any fragile items near the work area

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most digital payment methods (e.g., Venmo, Cash App, Zelle)

Do you offer recurring or seasonal cleaning?

Yes. Many clients schedule semi-annual or annual cleanings for driveways, patios, and siding. Ask about recurring service discounts.
